GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These General Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the relations between FORMA SIMPLEX [wholly-owned limited liability company], company ID number [EIK] 204509954, having its Domicile and registered office at: apt. 4, floor 2, 38 Bratya Miladinovi Street, city of Sofia, telephone: +359 899 038379, e-mail: contact@lamegod.com, website: lamegod.com, hereinafter referred to as “Lame God”, and customers and users of e-commerce platform lamegod.com, hereinafter referred to as “Store”.
By loading and using the website lamegod.com with the hyperlinks belonging thereto as well as by purchasing products from the store you fully accept and undertake to comply with these General Terms and Conditions.
STORE USE
Lamegod.com is an e-commerce platform accessible on the internet at http://lamegod.com that enables you to create a user account in the Store; to view the products and thereto related information published in the Store; to purchase the products in the Store by entering into contracts for purchase and sale and delivery with Lame God; to receive information about new products offered in the Store by Lame God; to establish contact with Lame God via the communication means accessible in the platform; to exercise your right to cancellation according to the Consumer Protection Act.
The main characteristics of each product are described in the page of respective product’s presentation.
When purchasing you enter into a contract for purchase and sale with Lame God and pay it a remuneration for the products delivered as per the conditions defined in the platform and these general terms and conditions. The remuneration amounts to the price announced in the platform. All prices stated in the Store are inclusive of value-added tax
The price for delivery is determined separately from the price for the products in the platform upon the formalization of the order as per the tariffs of Econt courier service company. As a consumer you are obliged to accurately provide the information and data necessary for Store’s processing and fulfillment of your purchase.
Lame God arranges for the delivery of the products requested by you as per the terms and conditions stated in the platform and guarantees your rights stipulated in the law in good faith and within the scope of the criteria and conditions adopted in practice, consumer and commercial law.
Lame God has the right, at any time and without notice, to make changes to the products and prices published without being obliged to give prior notice to consumers. All such amendments and supplementations take effect as from the time of their publication on the Store’s website. You are obliged to pay the price that was valid as at the time of placing the order.
DELIVERY AND METHOD OF PAYMENT
The delivery of products purchased from the store shall be carried out by Econt courier service company to your address or to an office of the courier service company on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Delivery shall be made within two to five working days. In the event of delayed delivery due to extraordinary circumstances you will be informed via e-mail or other communication means provided by you. For deliveries outside the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, please write to us at contact@lamegod.com.
Payment for the products shall be made via the Cash on Delivery service of Econt courier service company, in cash, upon the receipt of the delivery. Products shall be sent to you with the option to examine them before payment. The price for delivery is calculated separately from the price for the product from the Store during the preparation of your order and before its finalization.
RETURNING PURCHASED PRODUCTS AND REFUNDS
Within fourteen days after a purchase is made from the Store you have the right to cancel it and to return the product purchased. The return shall be at your expense, within fourteen days after the receipt of the product, to the following address: Econt Office Tsar Samuil, 74 Tsar Samuil Street, 1000 Sofia. Recipient: FORMA SIMPLEX [wholly-owned limited liability company].
To return products purchased from the Store you must complete the attached form to exercise the right to cancellation, or give Lame God a prior notice via e-mail at contact@lamegod.com. Products returned without prior written notice to the said e-mail address shall not be accepted. The trade dress of returned products must be well-preserved and they may not have traces of wear, dirt, ironing, washing or other kind of cleaning. Their packaging and all labels pertaining to them must be well-preserved.
After a product is returned and accepted Lame God shall be obliged to get in contact with you to specify the manner of refunding the sum paid for the product (the value of the product as at the time of purchase from the Store and its delivery). The principal methods of refunds offered by Lame God are via bank transfer or via the Money Transfer service of Econt company.
In case of discrepancy between the products received and the ones ordered the Store shall replace the products at its own expense with no further fees for you.
CONFIDENTIALITY
In order to purchase products from the Store, users share some personal information. This information is under the protection of the Personal Data Protection Act. The store uses personal data in order to fulfill and improve the services it offers. The information you submit is used to accomplish your order, for the communication regulated between the two parties and is not made available to third parties for any non-legitimate purpose. We may disclose your data to third parties if we find that such action is reasonable and lawful to protect our rights or to prevent fraud or misuse of our website.
When ordering from the Store, you agree to provide us with your name, email, phone number and delivery and billing address. This data is stored in a list of orders in WordPress system and is used only for the execution of your order. In order to deliver, we provide your name, phone number and delivery address to the courier companies we work with – for example, Econt, for deliveries within the country. We would use your phone number only if this is essential in questions concerning your order.
By using the Store services, you have the opportunity to place your order with or without a personal profile. Creating a personal profile is not required. When creating and using a personal account, you agree to provide us with your e-mail and username, as well as a phone number and shipping address. From your dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses, and edit your password and account details. If you wish, you can cancel your account at any convenient time. Once your account is canceled, we no longer store your personal information and information contained therein.
If you wish to receive news about Lame God recent activities and our Store updates, you can subscribe to our newsletter. To that end, you agree to provide us with your e-mail. If you are subscribed to our newsletter, but wish to unsubscribe, you can do it at any convenient time. After your subscription is terminated, your email will not be stored on our system.
According to the Europe’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access and control your personal data stored in our system. You may request to export or delete your data using the GDPR – Request Your Data form. Once you have made a request, you will receive an email containing the personal data as a 3-day available download link, or erased, depending on your request type (this does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security purposes).
COOKIE POLICY

This is used to customize your view of admin interface, and possibly also the main site interface.
The Woocommerce cookies allow the online shop to function correctly.
The Google Analytics cookies provide us with data about visitor usage patterns on our site. They allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and to see how visitors move around the site when they’re using it. The images, marks, logos and text materials used in the platform are property of Lame God and are protected by copyright. The contents and the information in this website may not be borrowed or treated without Lame God’s explicit written consent of.
